Terms & Conditions / Privacy: In the following terms and conditions, “The Seller” refers to Worldwide Salon Supplies and “The Buyer” refers to the purchaser of goods from “The Seller” under these terms and conditions.
Worlwide Salon Supplies operates exclusively as a wholesaler, and most items are intended for qualified or training professional hairdressers, beauty therapists, nail technicians and other wholesalers, and are mostly for sale on a business to business basis. Customers should be qualified to use the products sold on this website and items are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose. The Seller will accept no responsibility, for personnel without qualified supervision mis-using equipment supplied by the Seller.We reserve the right to ask for for proof of your professional status and it is your responsibility to ensure that you are insured for the products that you are using.

When you place an order on Worldwide Salon Supplies, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing any other details. Your order is then accepted by us before we e-mail you further to discuss the best shipping solution. It is your responsibility to follow up on our e-mails and items may not be sent before this process is concluded. If you disagree with the shipping solutions presented and you had paid for your items already, we will kindly refund you in full. We urge you to e-mail us before sending in your order, so that we can discuss the shipping fees.
Once the shipping details have been discussed and accepted, we will dispatch the products to you. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by us via e-mail and you will have the option to either wait until the items are available or to cancel your order.
We accept no responsibility where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.

Damages & Shortages
Bought goods must be inspected upon delivery and any claims for damages or shortages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
Our policy is to dispatch goods within 24 hours of finalizing* an order, however this can vary due to stock availability. Times quoted are in good faith, but shall not be binding.

Worldwide Salon Supplies welcomes orders from anywhere in the world. Please keep in mind that shipping costs and carriage will vary on destination and weight/dimensions of parcel.
Cancellation after despatch cannot be accepted. If you cancel an order, you must notify us via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). We will refund any money you have paid to us within 30 days of receipt of your cancellation notice.
Price and Payments
Prices displayed include VAT and are correct at the current time of the good being displaying, however they are subject to alteration without prior notice.
If goods are not as expected, please contact us via e-mail to discuss returns. Due to our strict hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of items such as clippers and razors which have been used (this list is not complete). If goods are returned damaged due to poor packaging will not entitle The Buyer to a full credit/refund.
Refunds/exchanges will only be offered on items that are faulty, and were clearly so at the time at which they were dispatched.
